Short
breaks from poring over the newspapers as the Bushies implode
You
may not find this tangibly rewarding unless you're included here, so this is a
good time for casual and random browsers to turn back before they get too caught
up in the sweep and majesty of the proceedings and can't let go.
An
autumn trip to the USA
(not
to the embarrassing parts of it, though) Back
in Brookline, waning days of the trip
Kristin's
house
Time
for dinner
Just
time to read the newspapers before the dinnergong rings out
Comfy
old cathedral
Most
or all of the formal consecrated holiness has been lost here, but none of the
fine wood.
Consecration's
pretty useless these days, anyway, but wood always looks good.
Hillary

Rabbits
in the eaves

Bosnian
pig-out with old friends at
the Sabur in Teele Square, Somerville. "This Bosnian/Mediterranean restaurant
is unlike any in New England, and the food is more subtle, satisfying and complex
than most Mediterranean meals. The food is excellent - everything on offer on
this very varied menu is tremendous." Five stars everyone says, probably
true, in general, but my advice would be, stay off the grilled tilapia.

Sir

Kristin
and a passer-by And
then back to Switzerland, as needs must be, and back to work. For two weeks. Until
Kristin comes over for a long Christmas. More on that later.
